The XFL looks to be putting in a major effort to have all of the right things in place to create a legitimate long-standing league. The XFL has hired a heavily experienced coaching staff and has announced some partnerships that have not been seen at this level before.

The XFL has created some very good partnerships on paper that look to address player resources health and safety, Player Development, and off the field growth.
